You have two legal options:

1. Study at our international European school and obtain your license without taking an exam.

2. Enroll in an American school in your state (the program lasts about one year) and take the exam in English.

Manufacturer's specifications and instructions, warranty terms and conditions, accompanying certificates, if available. The customer shall independently verify and comply with federal and state regulations.

Only trained personnel within the framework of local clinic/state regulations. We provide training in basic protocols and recommend test modes and maintenance schedules.

Yes. We answer questions about operation, help with consumables and settings. Control calls are available by agreement.

Shipping within the US is free of charge, with items shipped from warehouses in the US (including Illinois); order processing takes 1–5 business days, and transit within the country takes 1–7 business days. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; each device is tested and packed in a reinforced box before shipment. Claims for damage must be made within 7 calendar days with photos/videos.

The warranty is valid under the terms and conditions of the manufacturer of the specific model. We provide assistance with diagnostics, service, and spare parts through our partners.
